Horn Mountain Wilderness Lodge is located on 11.38 acres in beautiful Chinitna Bay, home to world-class fishing and hunting. Featuring a beautiful log main lodge, 5 cabins, bath house, sauna, covered picnic area, covered storage, tool shed, boat shed, root cellar, and smoke house. A well and DEC approved septic system serves the main lodge and bath house. Being sold as a turn-key operation. The 18'x 30' log Main Lodge is heated with a wood stove and houses the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, washer and dryer, view deck, and enclosed master bedroom loft. The loft contains a king size bed, two night stands with lamps, one lounge chair, three dressers. The living/dining room contains three lounge chairs, love seat, two end tables and dining room table and eight chairs. An on-demand propane hot water heater is located in the bathroom. Electricity is wired to every building except the storage shed and sauna. The lodge bathroom includes a sink, shower & flushing toilet. Moose Cabin is 10' x 12', log construction and contains a twin size bunk bed, dresser, table and 2 chairs, storage chest, and a portable toilet. Heat is proved by a wood stove. L Bear Cabin is 12' x 16', log construction and contains a king size bed, table and 2 chairs, wood stove, portable toilet, counter bar with 2 stools, wardrobe closet, and dresser. Fish Cabin is 12' x 14', log construction and contains a double size bunk bed, dresser, table and 2 chairs, storage chest, wood stove, and a portable toilet. Gear/ Guest Cabin is 12' x 20' built with dimensional lumber with the outside designed for rough cut siding. This structure is finished on the inside and has four bunks, plus a sleeping loft that sleeps two or 3 guests. It has a brown metal roof matching the other buildings. Guest & Workers Cabin is 16' x 20'. This cabin contains a wood stove, three bunk beds, oak dining room table and six chairs, (new) propane stove, refrigerator, freezer, storage area for camp food. This structure has sheet rock walls with a wood floor. Bath House Log Construction with a flush toilet and a sink on one end, dressing room in the middle with a sauna/shower on the other end of the building. Metal Storage Shed is 24' x 36. It is used to store boats, lumber, fuel, extra mattresses, crab pots, lawn mowers, general supplies, etc. An open storage area with a metal roof has been build off the north side of this building. (20' x 36') Case backhoe and one boat are stored under this shelter. Picnic Shelter is approx. 16' x 20'. This is a picnic area during the summer and a storage area for boats in the off season. Root Cellar is located underground by the picnic shelter. It is 8" x 8" and was constructed with treated lumber. This allows us to store fresh produce in the summer and can goods in the winter. Tool Shed is approx. 12' x 12' and contains numerous tools, three generators, battery bank for Trace inverter, freezer and a refrigerator. Two 90 watt solar panels are mounted on the roof and a 403 Southwest 400 watt wind generator is located next to this building. On the back of this building is a fish cleaning station with a metal roof. (Ten 12 volt solar batteries make up the insulated battery bank) Wood Shed with a metal roof is 8' x 12'. Smoke House – Located by the main lodge. It will smoke appropriately 10 silver salmon at a time. Each cabin is completely stocked with curtains, chair pads, rugs, two sets of sheets per bed, towels, down comforters, pillows shams, blankets, pillows, (1) Coleman lantern, stainless steel air pot (for coffee or tea), wash bowl, and misc. décor items all matching the theme of either fish, bear, or moose. The dining room is stocked with several sets of tablecloths with matching napkins and place mats, candleholders w/candles, chair pads, burgundy area rug under dining room table, wall lamps, Coleman lanterns, 16 place setting stoneware, 16 place setting silverware with green handles, 16 green/burgundy soup bowls, complete set of serving ware, stainless steel air pots, misc. serving dishes. The kitchen is completely stocked and ready to go with cookware, cooking stones, and heavy duty kitchen aid mixer w/attachments. Equipment includes Stove top coffee pots, 5 glass counter canisters, Rubbermaid storage bowls, dish towels, dish clothes, professional cookie sheets, cake pans, dish pans, mixing bowls, knives, etc. The bathroom room/shower is stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, towels, etc. Generous supply of first aid supplies for minor injuries.
