All plumbing is run through interior wall, four to five inches of spray urethane foam under floor. Fifteen inch rafters with high density r38 fiber glass insulation in lid, roughly four inch air barrier in lid for making good ventilation in roof. Logs are well insulated with fiber glass insolation in chink lines, cabin is very well insulated to hold heat in the Alaskan winter. Note: logs are very dry cabin is pinned solid with 7/8 rebar there is no sedling. Seller will coordinate with buyer to drill logs for whatever direct vent heating system buyer decides to use after sale.
